Purpose

Reporting to the Global Sales Management, the position holders is responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies for the Western U.S. sector, while identifying new business opportunities, tracking performance, and optimizing sales processes. He maintains strong relationships with key customers, participates in industry events, and works closely with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and sustainable sales growth.

What to expect

  • Create and execute effective sales strategies for our products in the dehydration (rotary press) segment to achieve the company’s sales objectives, for the western U.S. sector. All while identifying new market opportunities and potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key assigned client account managers, ensuring the negotiation and conclusion of strategic agreements.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance indicators for your sector. Propose and implement improvements to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory, by researching, qualifying and approaching potential customers.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, sector-specific events and other initiatives to increase the company’s visibility;
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with sales strategies.
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasts. Provide prompt and effective solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Apply sales processes, use CRM and perform reporting practices. Leverage data analysis to inform decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure that sales team members are informed and ready to promote these products.

You have

  • University degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, including at least 5 years in a sales role in the U.S. West Coast, water treatment industry or related field.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and analyze sales performance indicators.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales performance tools.
